IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a talented IT Support Technician that will help to bring our IT setup to the next level in our fast-growing company. You will take ownership of laying the foundation of a modern and secure work environment that will streamline IT processes and enable our teams to focus on their work from home and in the office.


  • Manage software accounts, licenses, and integration

  • Administrate our commonly used tools (Microsoft365, JIRA, Confluence, etc)

  • Make sure, with the help from specialistsm our IT Security meets the latest industry standards

  • Maintain an inventory of our hardware and software

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues


  • Experience with administrating Windows and Mac in a professional environment

  • Good understanding of Active Directory and On-Premise/Cloud Domain Controllers

  • Knowledge about network infrastructure setups and maintenance

  • Awareness of what could be potential security risks in our setup and the ability to share this with all our teams

  • Experience with scripting in Powershell


  • Willingness to keep up with the fast-developing IT world

  • Ability to take ownership of your own tasks and strive to deliver quality

  • Being approachable to all of your colleagues


  • Experience with Linux administration

  • Experience with Apple/Android Device Management

  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Azure AD Conditional Access

  • Experience with Web administration
